Clinical Support

Getting started
Welcome to DARTAGENIC
DARTAGENIC is a clinical research intelligence platform. You ask a clinical research question; a structured committee of reasoning layers reviews the published evidence, interprets it, challenges it, identifies what is still uncertain, and returns a single board-level verdict with a confidence assessment. It is built to support literature review, evidence synthesis and guideline comparison — not to diagnose or treat individual patients.
Quick Start
1. On your workspace, type a clinical research question into the directive console.
2. (Optional) Attach a paper or paste a PubMed reference, PMCID or DOI to ground the review in a specific source.
3. Leave the specialty on Auto-detect, or choose one to force a protocol.
4. Submit to the committee and read the board verdict.
5. Save it to your library — it will be waiting for you under Continue Research next time you log in.
The Research Workspace
Your workspace is your home base. It greets you by name and shows the research you were last working on so you never start from an empty screen. From here you can run a new review, reopen a previous one, jump to your Saved Research library, manage your documents, or open Clinical Collaboration to share input with the team.
Understanding an evidence review
How a review is structured
Every board verdict is organised into consistent sections so you always know where to look:

Established Evidence — what the literature currently supports.
Clinical Interpretation — what it means in practice, in plain clinical language.
Evidence Gaps — what is missing, weak or unresolved, so you know the limits.
Confidence Assessment — how strong and consistent the underlying evidence is.
Clinical Consensus — the consolidated board verdict.
Reading confidence scores
The confidence figure reflects how strong and consistent the underlying evidence is, as assessed by the committee — higher when findings come from well-designed studies that agree, lower when evidence is sparse, indirect or conflicting.

70%+ — well supported by consistent evidence.
45–69% — reasonable support, but read the Evidence Gaps.
Below 45% — limited or conflicting; treat with caution.

Confidence is a signal to guide your own appraisal, never a substitute for it.
Your tools
Documents & Uploads
Ground a review in specific evidence by adding it to your workspace. You can drop in PDFs, DOCX, TXT, CSV and images, or paste a PubMed reference, PMCID or DOI. Attached material is passed to the committee on your next directive so the verdict reflects the evidence you care about. Your document list is private to you and persists between logins.
Saved Research & Continue Research
Saved Research is your personal evidence library — completed verdicts you chose to keep. Continue Research lists your previous reviews as cards showing the title and when you last opened them, so you can carry on where you left off. Both are private to your account and stay available across sessions.
Voice Input
You can dictate a directive using your browser's native voice recognition (best in Chrome). Speak naturally in English or Spanish — your words are captured in the language you speak them; nothing is translated. Filler words are trimmed so your clinical question comes through cleanly.
Clinical Collaboration
You are a founding clinical collaborator on this platform. Use the Clinical Collaboration workspace to report an issue, suggest an improvement, recommend clinical evidence, submit a clinical observation, or request a feature. Everything you submit reaches the team directly and shapes what gets built next. You can attach the current query, evidence summary, confidence score or sources for context.
Privacy & security
Privacy & patient data
DARTAGENIC is a research platform, not a medical record. Please never enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers or any other protected health information. Use de-identified, general clinical questions only.

Your saved research, history, document references and collaboration submissions are retained so your work persists between logins — but they are stored locally in your own browser on this device and are private to your account. They are not shared with other clinicians.
Security
Model calls run server-side, so provider credentials are never exposed in the browser. If you choose to run on your own account, your key is stored only on your device and used solely to run your queries — it is never logged or shared. If a source is temporarily unavailable, the platform degrades gracefully rather than failing.
